His expertise lies primarily in corporate law, in particular in governance and financial matters, as well as in sports law. His extensive experience in this field has enabled him to teach these subjects at the University of Geneva and to write numerous publications on the subject. He is often called upon to act as a member of state or association authorities or as an arbitrator in disputes relating to these areas of law.
