Florian Baumann is co-head of Kellerhals-Carrard’s commercial criminal law department. As a consultant and litigation lawyer, he has extensive experience in the field of commercial criminal law, including international judicial assistance (criminal administrative and civil law), asset recovery, compliance and internal investigations. He represents companies and individuals in criminal proceedings as well as related civil and debt enforcement proceedings. In recent years, Florian Baumann has represented clients in large-scale criminal proceedings with related civil litigation as well as in complex international judicial assistance proceedings.
