Position

Anthony has more than 20 years experience as a commercial lawyer and is part of the firm’s London corporate group. As a leading legal practitioner specialising in information technology and outsourcing law, Anthony has worked with a range of public and private sector clients advising on various matters including intellectual property law, IT and outsourcing, data protection and freedom of information, electronic and mobile commerce, and also has significant experience in commercial transactions including joint ventures, distribution arrangements, licensing and franchising. Anthony is also considered an expert in all legal matters involving cloud computing.

Trained Baker McKenzie; qualified 1992; joined DMH Stallard as a partner in 2014.

Starting January 1st, 2013, a new tax law (Law No. 822, Tax Concertation Law) came into force in and completely changed the taxation system in Nicaragua. Two years later a new law was issued by the National Assembly containing more than 80 amendments, additions and repeals (Law No 891) which came into force December 18th, 2014.
