Tessa is a Partner who leads DMH Stallard’s personal injury team.

Career

Tessa’s team handles the full range of personal injury claims, mainly focusing on claimant work. Her practice is primarily focussed on sensitive cases dealing with clients who may need a considerable amount of support and care through the process.  The injuries they have suffered have had a catastrophic effect on their day to day life and future, and Tessa ensures that her clients receive as much support and guidance as needed.

Tessa has considerable experience in dealing with employer’s liability, occupier’s liability, public liability, road traffic, criminal injury and product liability matters. She has a particular specialism in clinical and dental negligence and cosmetic surgery claims.

Tessa is committed to the care of her clients, ensuring that they receive the specialist and exceptional legal advice expected. She ensures that her approach is innovative and caters for each and every individual and their circumstances, understanding the immediate and future needs of the client and empathising with the client and the impact incidents may have on them and their families.

Work highlights

• Tessa is currently assisting a client in relation to a devastating injury following an accident at work. The client required several surgeries and rehabilitation.
