Position

Partner. Klaus Ewald Madsen specialises in patent law, life sciences, marketing, copyright and design law. Klaus represents Danish and foreign businesses and advises clients on issues concerning intellectual property law, marketing law and life siences (regulatory). He has substantial international experience, in particular, in the negotiation and conclusion of licence and other intellectual property agreements. Moreover, Klaus is a seasoned litigator and regularly litigates several injunction and court cases within the field of intellectual property law. In recent years, he has represented clients in a significant number of patent cases, particularly within pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
