Michael Serup specialises in estate planning, reorganisations and tax law.
Since his early career, Michael has worked with shareholder and corporate taxation, and he has more than 30 years’ experience in owner-managed enterprises, estate planning as well as reorganisations. On that note, Michael is currently the leading adviser in Denmark within estate planning of family-owned enterprises and assets.
Michael’s advice focuses on providing technically and commercially high-standard solutions by way of effective and cost-efficient processes for his clients. As for estate planning of owner-managed enterprises, his focus is directed at the individuals and the family as a whole, showing great empathy and care. High legal professional expertise is a given.
Michael is also an experienced litigator, conducting a considerable amount of cases before the Danish Supreme Court, the High Courts and the administrative appeals bodies, including the National Tax Tribunal. He is also a sought-after speaker and lecturer within his area of expertise.
