Arianne Svardal-Stelmer has specialised in dispute resolution since 2009.  Arianne assists clients with the full range of arbitration and litigation matters and is particularly strong at handling commercial disputes. She is regularly instructed in corporate liability cases, preliminary investigations and post-M&A disputes involving private equity funds.

Arianne has extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of working with international clients, including in relation to gross border disputes, and her practice involves numerous high end commercial disputes.

Furthermore, Arianne teaches several courses in her area of expertise.
