Søren Lundsgaard was born in 1960. He became partner in Fisch-Thomsen & Partners in 1991 and in Bruun & Hjejle in 2006, before founding his own litigation boutique, Lundsgaard & Partnere, in 2011. In 2023 Lundsgaard & Partnere became a part of Bech-Bruun. 

Søren is one of the most sought-after litigators in Denmark. He has many years of experience in litigating highly complex cases in a wide range of areas, including attorney liability, auditor liability, board liability and others.

Søren is a frequently used arbitrator and a popular tutor and speaker at courses and conferences.
