Troels Tuxen specialises in bankruptcy and restructuring.

Troels has extensive experience advising Danish and international clients on insolvency matters and on general legal matters, e.g. company law issues.

He has assisted with many company reconstructions and has acted as trustee/supervisor in numerous bankruptcy estates and suspension of payment procedures. He is currently the trustee in bankruptcy for Landic Property A/S, formerly part of Islandic Landic Property hf, one of the largest real estate companies in Scandinavia.

Furthermore, Troels is an experienced litigator and has conducted numerous court cases concerning insolvency and property law issues.

Troels is, moreover, a seasoned lecturer in property law and company reconstructions.
