Anders Hoffmann Kønigsfeldt specialises in reorganisation and restructuring.

Anders primarily works with the reorganisation and restructuring of distressed enterprises as well as the administration of bankruptcy estates.

Over the past 20 years he has administered numerous bankruptcy estates and thus has vast experience in performing as the trustee of bankruptcy estates and in conducting reorganisation and restructuring processes, in-court as well as out-of-court. He has assisted on a vast number of compositions and credit arrangements, completed solvent liquidations and compulsory dissolutions as well as conducted a number of avoidance proceedings. Due to his experience with insolvency law issues, Anders has vast insight into the assessment of potentially avoidable transactions and whether there is basis for claiming D&O liability.

Anders is a certified insolvency lawyer and a member of the board of directors and vice-chairman of the Association of Danish Insolvency Lawyers.
