Jesper Bøge Pedersen specialises in real estate and construction law.

Jesper has long-standing experience in real estate and construction law and is a specialist in the transfer of real estate, project development and landlord and tenant law.

He advises the buyers and sellers of commercial properties, including investment properties and assists institutional, private and public investors with extensive and complex transactions. Moreover, Jesper assists municipalities, developers, users and investors with large and medium-sized property development projects, as well as all related legal matters, e.g. purchase and sale matters, planning law, real estate regulation and construction law.

Jesper has, furthermore, extensive lecturing experience in real estate and construction issues.
