Mikkel Friis Rossa is a data protection and intellectual property law specialist.

By way of an extraordinary drive, in-depth commercial insight and not least the ability to convert complex jurisprudence into practically feasible solutions, Mikkel has positioned himself as one of the leading lawyers in Denmark in data protection compliance and intellectual property law (IP).

Together with Thomas Munk Rasmussen, Mikkel heads Bech-Bruun’s data protection team which is one of the largest and most experienced of its kind in Denmark. Mikkel is uniquely experienced designing, coordinating and implementing complex data protection compliance programmes, such as Binding Corporate Rules, in large, international groups. He is a trusted adviser of several leading Danish enterprises in respect of data protection compliance, IP and marketing law, rendering advisory services at strategic, tactical and operational level. He is also one of the most experienced Danish lawyers in franchising, rendering advice on a continuous basis to several large expanding Danish franchise chains.
