‘Kingsley Napley has great people, in many departments, across multiple sectors, equipped to answer issues arising almost anywhere in the world. Each separate department can call upon the intelligence and experience of every other department to provide a one-stop solution to complex and multi-dimensional legal challenges. She speaks the language of the City with authenticity. Her experience in this field is second to none. Down to earth, practical, realistic, Louise is admired and respected by every regulatory and enforcement agency in the field.

Supporting clients when it matters most

We are experienced in advising those coming to terms with life altering injuries or those who have tragically lost loved ones due to clinical negligence.

Whether birth injury, misdiagnosis related or another issue caused by poor treatment received in either an NHS or private healthcare setting, we help clients navigate the legal journey to obtain much needed financial compensation.

We try to make the process as straightforward as possible and investigate cases thoroughly, involving the best experts and barristers, to maximise the chances of success. We support and involve clients at every step of the way and in most cases we are able to offer funding options, such as ‘no win, no fee’ agreements, so that clients do not have to worry about how to pay for their claim.

Perhaps compensation is required to cover ongoing care needs or lost earnings or pension. We marry our legal expertise, with an understanding of financial and medical matters, to assist clients in their quest for redress and we have a long track record of securing substantial sums of money for our clients.
