Kingsley Napley LLP acquired Archon Employment Solicitors in October 2019, more than doubling the size of its employment department and also boosting its capabilities with regards to financial services and regulatory matters. The practice is regularly instructed by clients based in the US, and has recently been active advising corporate and professional services companies on SMCR, sexual misconduct claims, equal pay, as well as senior-level exits and confidentiality breaches. On the senior executive side, the team is regularly sought out to act for board-level clients, especially on sensitive matters involving claims of discrimination or unfair dismissal.
