Position

Mark Theodore is a partner in the Labor & Employment Law Department. He has devoted his practice almost exclusively to representing management in traditional labor law matters throughout the U.S. Mark is experienced representing employers in all matters before the NLRB, including representation petitions, jurisdictional disputes and the handling of unfair labor practice charges. Mark has acted as lead negotiator for dozens of companies in numerous industries, including multi-unit, multi-location, multi-employer and multi-union bargaining. Mark has handled hundreds of arbitrations involving virtually every area of dispute, including contract interest arbitration, contract interpretation, just cause termination/discipline, benefits, pay rates, and more

The 'exceptional' labor team at Proskauer Rose LLP has a particularly strong track record when it comes to representing US professional sports leagues in collective bargaining negotiations. It covers the full gamut of the law, with clients appreciating the group for 'providing excellent advice in every aspect of labor and employment'. The New York-based Elise Bloom and Neil Abramson jointly chair the department.
