Testimonials

‘The work product across the team is of uniformly high-quality while at other firms, the quality can be somewhat partner or team member dependent. The team is very attuned to our timelines and specific parameters. They are accessible, knowledgeable and responsive as well as proactive across all aspects of the work.’

‘I have the ultimate confidence that each of the partners is there to represent our interests. Each interaction reflects the acute care they have for our interests comes through.’

‘We use Steven Richman for a variety of complex investment management transactions, not just typical comingled funds but anything that requires a more astute attention to detail and a steady common sense commercial approach we send to Steven, including GP M&A, tailored umbrella/relationship agreements for co-investments, JVs, novel assets (digital assets, SPACs).’

‘I use this firm BECAUSE of Steven Richman. Steven has a tax background, so he is a bit of a unicorn but in addition to his knowledge about the fund terms market, he is absolutely fantastic at thinking on a commercial level about whether a term is important to us or a fair split between the parties. Even if we aren’t on a deal and I just need to talk through either a theoretical concept, a corporate structure or the market on an obscure term, he always makes time and is a great thought leader.’

‘The Seyfarth and Shaw team is extremely responsive and reachable, always willing to help and provide advisement when necessary. The team goes out of their way to provide the information in a timely manner. In my opinion, the people – Trevor Tullius and Robert Bodansky, are the strengths of the Seyfarth Shaw team.’

‘As I mentioned above, the high touch service we receive from Seyfarth Shaw is what sets them apart. Their willingness to assist and quality of their work is what sets this firm apart.’
