Tabitha is a commercial litigator who specialises in advising a range of commercial clients on reputation protection, regulatory issues and commercial disputes.

She has a particular expertise in advising education and healthcare institutions on regulatory compliance, critical incident management and associated investigations; and in representing them at inquests and in criminal and civil proceedings.
