Emma is a partner in our Watford based corporate team and a member of our technology sector group. Emma specialises in all areas of corporate finance and acts for businesses, banks and high net worth individuals on share and business acquisitions and sales, with a particular focus on the technology sector. She advises on joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, fundraisings and share schemes.

Emma has been on secondment to various clients, including an online travel business and a large energy company. These experiences have given her real insight into the perspectives and commercial drivers of clients, and help her to offer practical and insightful advice.
