Jos is a corporate lawyer with many years’ experience of advising companies, professional practices, partnerships and LLPs in relation to both contentious and non-contentious matters. He also advises not for profit companies including corporate charities and social enterprises and has specialist experience in the field of ecclesiastical law.

Jos is currently the Registrar of the Diocese of Gloucester and of the Diocese of Truro. He is also a member of our Technology and our Startup and Early Stage teams in Bristol.

Meeting Your Needs

Jos heads the firm’s Partnerships and LLP Group and aims to combine a detailed understanding of the technical black letter law with a commercial approach to problem solving. His work as a non-executive director and trustee on the boards of several not for profit companies over the years has provided him with invaluable commercial experience of dealing with day to day issues faced by businesses and the need to focus on what is really important in commercial negotiations.
