Having worked for many years advising employers, FE colleges and universities on all aspects of employment law including advising colleges and universities on issues relating to students, Bettina is ideally placed to assist your organisation. She has a special interest in equality and diversity issues and regularly provides training to Boards of Directors, Governing Bodies and Senior Management teams.

As a member of the Council of the University of Exeter for 9 years, Bettina really understands the corporate and education sectors and her clients benefit from her understanding of the wider context. Her active involvement with key national further and higher education policy organisations (including the Equality Challenge Unit) enables her to contribute to her clients’ strategic planning. She relishes finding creative solutions.

In 2016, Bettina was invited by the Equality Challenge Unit to work on a project between the Equality Challenge Unit and the Leadership Foundation to develop an online resource for university governors and governing bodies around the topic of equality and diversity.
