As an employment law specialist, Gareth advises on the full range of both contentious and non-contentious employment law and labour relations issues. Gareth is ideally placed to advise on employment law issues and draws on his wide experience of managing complex and sensitive issues in the workplace.

Meeting Your Needs

Gareth has a particular interest in discrimination law and also in data protection/freedom of information issues. He also advises on industrial relations issues and non-contentious, such as executive severances, business reorganisations, TUPE and outsourcing issues, and the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
