Accel has, together with other co-investors, participated
in the Series C funding round of the Berlin-based logistics startup company
sennder. Accel had initially invested in the digital road-freight-forwarder as
part of the Series B financing in spring.
Hengeler Mueller advised Accel on the transaction. The
team included partner Jens Wenzel as well as associates Clemens Höhn and
Alexander Orlowski (all M&A/Venture Capital, Berlin).
