The Ministry of Finance has recently published, in accordance with delegated powers, the following Executive Decrees:
- Executive Decree No 25/21 of 18 January 2001
Defines the characteristics of the Treasury Bonds laid down in paragraph 1 of Presidential Decree No. 323/20, of 28 December, up to Kz: 743 373 594 000.00. - Executive Decree No 26/21 of 18 January 2001
Regulates the characteristics of Treasury Bonds established by Presidential Decree No 13/21 of 11 January. - Executive Decree No 27/21 of 18 January 2001
Regulates the issuing of Direct Public Debt securities, known as Treasury Bills, to finance the 2021 State Budget, with the characteristics and conditions set out in Presidential Decree no. 164/18 of 12 July. - Executive Decree No 28/21 of 18 January 2001
Regulates the characteristics of Treasury Bonds provided for in Presidential Decree No 323/20 of 28 December.
