For international travelers, entering a country often entails long queues and multiple administrative requirements. In Indonesia, the arrival process traditionally involved a series of separate manual procedures, including immigration clearance, customs declarations, health screenings, and quarantine documentation.

To streamline these procedures and enhance the overall travel experience, the Government of Indonesia introduced the All Indonesia (All Indonesia Arrival Card)—a digital platform that unifies the entire process into a single, integrated electronic form. Officially implemented on 1 September 2025, following a trial phase, the All Indonesia Arrival Card replaces various manual documents previously completed and submitted upon entry, enabling a more efficient, seamless, and coordinated arrival experience.

Implementation Locations

The All Indonesia platform is currently implemented at the following international entry points:

  • Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Tangerang – Banten
  • Juanda International Airport, Sidoarjo – East Java
  • I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, Denpasar – Bali
  • Batam International Seaport, Riau Islands

Key Features

  • Online Submission: The form must be completed online no later than 72 hours (3 days) prior to the arrival.
  • Digital QR Code: Upon submission, a QR code is generated, which can be presented digitally at the airport or seaport of entry to expedite processing.
  • Inter-Agency Integration: A single submission fulfills requirements for multiple authorities, including Immigration, Customs, Health, and Quarantine.
  • Accessible and Inclusive: The platform is designed to be user-friendly for everyone, including the elderly, children, and persons with disabilities.
  • Free of Charge: Submitting the All Indonesia Arrival Card is free of charge.

How to Complete the All Indonesia Arrival Card

  1. The form can be accessed online via the official website: allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id or through the mobile app, available on the App Store and Google Play Store.
  2. After launching the website or app, users may select the English language and choose the “Foreign Visitor” category to begin the process. The form consists of several sections:
  • Personal Details
Travelers must provide basic information, including full name, nationality, date of birth, passport number and expiration date, and contact information.
  • Travel Details
Details of arrival and departure dates must be entered. If applicable, information about stay permits or visas (e.g., e-Visa, ITAS, or KITAP) should also be provided.
  • Transportation & Accommodation
This section requires details on the mode of transportation (flight or sea travel), port of arrival, and address of accommodation in Indonesia.
  • Health, Quarantine, and Customs Declaration
Travelers must declare recent travel history, health status, and any items subject to regulation—such as animals, plants, electronic devices, or other controlled goods. IMEI registration for mobile phones can also be completed here.
  • QR Code Generation
After completing and submitting the form, the system will generate a QR code as proof of registration. This code must be saved, either digitally or in print.

3. Upon entering Indonesia, the QR code—together with a valid passport—must be presented to immigration officers. This process enables faster and more streamlined clearance at the entry point.

Important Notes

  • The All Indonesia Arrival Card does not replace a visa. Travelers must still obtain a valid e-Visa or Visa on Arrival (VoA), depending on nationality and destination.
  • For those arriving in Bali, there are additional requirements to pay the Foreign Tourist Tax, in accordance with the local regulations.
  • All information submitted must be truthful and accurate. Providing complete and correct data ensures a smoother verification process and helps avoid delays during inspection.

Enhancing the Arrival Experience

With its integrated features and user-friendly design, All Indonesia represents a significant advancement in Indonesia’s digital public services. What was once a separate and manual process has been transformed into a streamlined, unified system—making international arrivals faster, more convenient, and more efficient.

Beyond its function as a digital form, All Indonesia reflects the country’s commitment to providing modern, transparent, and friendly services to travelers, businesses, foreign workers, and other international visitors who arrive in Indonesia.
