Capital markets: the capital markets group advises on transactions involving public companies engaged in European and global securities offerings. The team acts for underwriters, listed companies, their sponsors, and appointed advisers across all types of European securities offerings.
Real estate and construction: the firm’s real estate practice includes commercial real estate and financing, representation of institutional investors in cross-border transactional work, and advice on asset management.
