Specialist Counsel

Emmelie Tedfelt assists Swedish and foreign companies with advice on employment law and dispute resolution.

Emmelie has been working at Setterwalls since 2009 and in 2018 she assumed responsibility for employment law at the Gothenburg office. In her daily work, Emmelie assists employers within the entire employment law area, such as e.g. employment contracts, terminations, questions pertaining to trade secrets and competition, trade union negotiations, restructurings and divestment of companies. Furthermore, she has extensive experience of both dispute resolution in court and arbitration, e.g. within the area of employment law especially with regard to trade secrets and intellectual property rights.
