Executive Partner

Henrik is Executive Partner of Setterwalls and co-head of Setterwalls’ Employment and Pension law team.

Henrik assists Swedish and international companies within all areas of employment and labour law. His clients include both domestic and international companies, as well as public authorities and state-owned companies. Henrik assists several tech companies and has broad experience in working with successful startups, including co-ordinating international expansion.

Typical assignments include restructurings, misconduct cases, non-competition and trade secret disputes, and transfer of undertakings.

He also works closely with the transaction and tax teams and has expertise in all employment-related issues regarding mergers and acquisitions, partnership agreements, and starting up business in Sweden.
