Johan is leading the way as head of Setterwalls’ Dispute Resolution Group in Stockholm, focusing his practice on international and domestic arbitration and litigation.

His areas of expertise include joint venture, M&A, shareholders’, sales, distribution and investment disputes in the manufacturing, tele-communications, banking and transport sectors. Johan also handles contentious corporate matters such as directors’ liability, ‘piercing of the corporate veil’ for directors and shareholders, formal annulment of corporate resolutions, and shareholders’ disputes. Additionally, Johan acts as an arbitrator in both domestic and international disputes.

Beyond the courtroom, Johan shares his wealth of knowledge by regularly holding lectures on various dispute-related topics at Stockholm University. Johan is a member of the Swedish Arbitration Association (SAA) where he serves as a member of the Executive Committee. He is also a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
