Magnus specialises in dispute resolution and helps Swedish and foreign companies to avoid, settle or win commercial disputes.

Apart from acting as party representative in arbitration and court cases, Magnus is regularly appointed arbitrator. Not least at these times he benefits from his previous experience as judge in the district court and appeal court (associate judge of appeal in 1992). Over the years, Magnus has acquired broad and comprehensive experience of legal proceedings within many different areas and sectors, such as construction, IT projects, insurance, company transactions and consultant liability. Magnus is an accredited CEDR mediator, and lecture regularly on procedural law and arbitral law to law students and lawyers.
