On November 17, 2016, VEGAS LEX will conduct a
legal workshop on recent changes and judicial practices in the regulation of procurement

The recent amendments and initiatives to amend Law No. 223-FZ aimed at
cutting procurement options, tightening the procurement procedures, and the preferences
mechanism. Minimizing the risks for the customers and the bidders.

    of officials for violations of procurement rules: risk management.
  • Important problems
    of administration of law in public procurement: the position of the state watchdogs
    and judicial practices.

The speakers at the conference will include representatives of the
Ministry of Energy, the Industry and Trade Ministry, FAS Russia, EY, RSPP, and
relevant business units of major oil and gas companies: Rosneft, Lukoil,
Gazprom, Gazprom Neft, Tatneft, and Novatek**.
