Sayenko Kharenko has successfully defended the rights of the major Chinese corporation – Power Construction Corporation of China Limited (POWERCHINA) – in criminal proceedings.
Sayenko Kharenko’s client, POWERCHINA, is the largest state-owned company in China, operating, among others, in the area of alternative energy.
Sayenko Kharenko’s scope of work foresees current consulting on criminal law issues, included legal support of the client during investigative and other actions, representation of the client in the courts of all instances, and unblocking its assets.
As the result, Sayenko Kharenko’s team received the official response confirming that the client is no longer under criminal investigation.
Power Construction Corporation of China, branded as POWERCHINA, is a wholly State-owned company administered by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and part of the heavy and civil engineering construction industry.
