Sayenko Kharenko International Trade Practice represented the interests of JSC “Novokramatorsky Machine Building Plant” in the sunset review of antidumping measures against import of casting rollers originating from Ukraine into the Eurasian Economic Union. The review was initiated at the request of Russian manufacturers.

Sayenko Kharenko International Trade Practice represented the interests of JSC “Novokramatorsky Machine Building Plant” in the sunset review of antidumping measures against import of casting rollers originating from Ukraine into the Eurasian Economic Union. The review was initiated at the request of Russian manufacturers.

Sayenko Kharenko legal services included, inter alia, preparation of the comments to the request for initiation of the review, preparation of the answers to the questionnaire and participation in the hearings.

Due to active participation of JSC “Novokramatorsky Machine Building Plant” and the consumers, upon the results of the review the antidumping measures were extended just for two years, instead of five years (which is a standard practice of the Department for Internal Market Defence of the Eurasian Economic Commission).
