Sayenko Kharenko has acted as legal counsel to Getin Holding S.A. in the preparation, negotiation, and execution of a sale and purchase agreement in relation to the sale of a 100 per cent stake in “Idea Bank” JSC (Ukraine) to the First Ukrainian International Bank JSC (FUIB).

Idea Bank JSC provides services to individual clients and small and medium-sized companies since 1989. It offers loans, deposits, payment and credit cards, as well as several cash and settlement services and bancassurance products.

Sayenko Kharenko provided overall legal support to the seller with drafting and negotiating of transaction documents and assisted during their execution by the parties.
