Kudun and Partners represented Saksiam Leasing Public Company Limited on the IPO preparation for the purpose of offering newly issued shares to the public and listing all shares of the client to the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The size of Saksiam Leasing’s IPO is approximately THB 2 billion (USD 67.5 million).
Saksiam Leasing PCL is the third largest loan provider listed on the SET. On its first-trading day, it gained A LOT of attention from analysts and investors, and ranked 3rd as the most traded stock on its first day (in terms of value) behind only KBANK and PTT. Its price on the first day was +121% from its IPO price.
The transaction was led by partner, Kudun Sukhumananda, together with senior associates; Thitawan Thanasombatpaisarn, Nattaya Tantirangsi, and associate; Nutthar Hongchutchaval.
