Berlin, 21 June 2023 – Raue also advised EdTech startup Tomorrows Education GmbH on its Series A financing round.

The financing round consists of an equity financing with a first and a second closing and concerns a total of EUR 9.3 million (USD 10 million). The round is led by EduCapital, Europe’s largest EdTech fund, and supported by a number of investors and angel investors, including Sparkmind.vc, Redstone, Mediahuis Ventures, 4P Capital, Zanichelli Ventures, Ralf Reichert and Daniel Jung. The round was also supported by other well-known business angels such as Nikolaus D. Bayer, Lin Deutschmann, Thomas Maidorfer, Verena Pausder, as well as Mario Barosevcic and Jan Lynn-Matern from Emerge Education.

Tomorrows Education offers the Tomorrow University of Applied Sciences (ToU), a smart and well connected distance learning program designed by distinguished entrepreneurs, academics and subject matter experts. In addition to the Impact MBA in Sustainability, Innovation & Leadership, ToU offers other degree programs and certifications, including a Bachelor of Arts in Responsible Business Administration & Entrepreneurship, a Bachelor of Science in Artificial Intelligence & Sustainable Technologies and a dual Master’s degree in Sustainability, Entrepreneurship and Technology in cooperation with the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
