Raue advised the shareholders of Labiotech UG (haftungsbeschränkt), which operates an independent news media covering European biotech innovation, on the sale to Inova, the leading biopharma partnering platform.
Labiotech.eu was launched in Berlin in 2014. It is read by over 100,000 biotech professionals each month and plays a critical role in the industry as a trusted source of information and analysis. Inova, headquartered in France, supports more than 150 global clients, including many of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies, and is at the forefront of digital transformation in biopharma collaborations.
Through this acquisition, Inova and Labiotech will partner together to offer the industry a unique space to connect with key players from both sides, remain informed on relevant updates, and manage all their partnering processes in one place. Founder and manager Joachim Eeckhout will continue to work for Labiotech.
