Olena Perepelynska, Partner and Head of International Arbitration at INTEGRITES, was included into the public list of arbitrators of the Abu Dhabi International Arbitration Centre (arbitrateAD) in the United Arab Emirates.
The Centre was launched by the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry in December 2023, and effective 1 February 2024, its new governance structure and arbitration rules will replace the existing rules of the Abu Dhabi Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Centre (ADCCAC).
Established as an independent organization, arbitrateAD acts as a neutral and impartial dispute resolution forum for commercial and government entities. It administers regional and global arbitration cases for parties who have chosen arbitration as their preferred dispute resolution method.
Olena Perepelynska on her appointment: “I am sincerely pleased and proud to become the first arbitrator from Ukraine to be included in the list of experts of the newly established arbitration center in Abu Dhabi. Throughout my professional career, I have acted as an arbitrator in almost a hundred cases with the seat of arbitration in different regions, and I plan to use this experience in arbitrations in the Middle East under the arbitrateAD rules.”
