INTEGRITES will act as legal counsel to NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine on the matters related to the activities of the supervisory board of the company and its committees throughout 2024.The signing of the procurement contract followed after the announcement of the results of the public tender held on the Prozorro platform in January 2024.
INTEGRITES lawyers will provide comprehensive advice on the issues of the Ukrainian corporate and financial law, legislative regulation in the field of energy, as well as on the anti-corruption legislation, compliance and risk management matters.
Simmons & Simmons law firm (UK) will contribute their expertise in English law as a co-executor under the contract.
Set to work on the project under the leadership of Managing partner Oleksiy Feliv, the expert group of INTEGRITES consists of practitioners from the Banking and Finance, Corporate and M&A teams.
