A new success of Ijdelea & Associates’ Dispute Resolution team, having recently assisted an important player on the energy market in relation to the awarding of interest fees for late VAT reimbursement in excess of 7 mil EUR. This mandate is part of a series of court cases aimed at protecting their client’s economic interests affecting adequate cash-flow.
