Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Volati AB (publ) (”Volati”) and Salix Group AB (publ) (“Salix Group”) in connection with the distribution of the subsidiary Salix Group to the ordinary shareholders in Volati by a so-called Lex Asea distribution. Salix Group’s shares were admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm on 15 June 2026.
