Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Storsala’s issue of senior secured corporate bonds of SEK 300 million and a SEK 710 million senior loan facility, the proceeds of which will be used to partly finance the acquisition of a commercial real estate portfolio with an underlying property value of approximately SEK 1.2 billion.
Storsala will apply for admission to trading of the bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm. Arctic Securities acted as sole bookrunner in relation to the bond issue.
