Gernandt & Danielsson advises SBP Kredit AB (publ) (“SBP Kredit”) in connection with its issue of new secured loan notes in an amount of SEK 750,000,000 under a total framework of SEK 3,000,000,000, as well as in connection with SBP Kredit’s concurrent redemption under its outstanding secured green participating debentures. SBP Kredit will apply for admission to trading of the loan notes on the Nordic AIF List of Nordic Growth Market.
