Firm’s Senior Partner Recognised as Malaysian Arbitration Lawyer of the Year 2023

We are delighted to share that our Senior Partner, Mr. Sudhar Thillainathan, was recognised as the Malaysian Arbitration Lawyer of the Year 2023 in the Lawyer Monthly – ADR Awards 2023.

The Lawyer Monthly Magazine is a legal news publication and website that has delivered legal insight for a corporate readership made up of business leaders, C-Level executives, and legal professionals since 2009. The Lawyer Monthly – ADR Awards annually recognises and celebrates the achievements, successes, and contributions of top performers in the Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”) sector across the globe.

The selection process followed a four-stage process, comprising of editorial nominations, readership voting, shortlisting, and the finalists selection which was based on the following: –

1. 1. Volume of votes received
   2. Proven excellence in the practice of ADR
   3. Writing and teaching on ADR issues
   4. Mentoring of other persons in ADR
   5. Promotion of the use of, and generally providing leadership in ADR
   6. Client recommendations / feedback
   7. Evidence of going above and beyond their call of duty and overall
