On March 23, 2019 on the first day of Polmoot devoted to arbitration organized by the Second Stefan Batory High Schoold in Warsaw, C. David DeBenedetti, partner in DMS gave a lecture entitled Arbitration clauses in M&A contracts.
This was the first stage of the competition, which is organized for the first time by one of the best high schools in Poland. During the next parts of this
competition, which will take place on April 13 and 14, 2019, advocates from DMS will sit in the panels of judges at the competition hearings.
This competition is to let 50 young participants from the entire Europe expand their knowledge concerning the international arbitration proceedings as well as to check their persuasive and rhetoric skills.
