We have exceeded the industry standard in every single category, including diversity and inclusion which is reflected in being highly recommended as a place to work for ethnic minority employees. We are naturally delighted that our staff think Boult is such a good place to work – but we know that we cannot be complacent, and that maintaining a contented, motivated and fulfilled workforce requires constant effort.”

The rankings are based on the results of a firm wide survey which addresses a full range of issues, from engagement to risk of leaving, from working relationships with line managers to diversity and inclusion, from net promoter scores to happiness in the workplace.

Getting that balance right between delivering great client service but also doing that in a way which is fulfilling and rewarding for our staff is key to our culture. We are making progress and will continue to make progress. We are a brilliant firm to work for and we want to make sure the firm is viewed as such by all our staff”.
