Elaine has joined BHSM LLP as a Senior Associate in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department. She will also be managing our Asset Recovery team on a daily basis.
Elaine has considerable experience in supervising a high volume of asset recovery cases on behalf of banks and credit servicers. She also advises on enforcement options and compliance with regulatory codes.
Prior to joining BHSM LLP, Elaine worked with an established Dublin Law Firm who specialises in advising lending institutions on mortgage litigation and asset recovery.
