Litigation and dispute resolution:  Our litigation and dispute resolution department is highly experienced in cases initiated before all Courts in Ireland. In particular, we regularly advise in complex High Court and Commercial Court actions on behalf of domestic and international clients. We provide a professional, personalised and discreet service in order to address the legal issues which arise for our clients.  Our team works with clients in the making of wills and identifying asset protection initiatives, such as establishing trusts to protect current and future assets.  We provide expert advice on a range of other areas including administration of estates and related taxation, advice surrounding capacity as well as assisting clients in the acquisition, disposal and mortgage of residential property.

Regulation:  Our regulation team provides advice to clients across a wide range of regulated sectors, including financial institutions, professional bodies and government agencies. We have extensive experience in advising funds and loan purchasers on compliance with the regulatory issues arising from the purchase of loan portfolios.
