Attorney Baek gave a video lecture on “Major Terms of the Act on Fair Labeling and Advertising and Understanding Example Cases” for the officers and employees of Public Home Shopping at the Legal Edu Studio located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul on December 2, 2020.

– During the lecture that was given on “Major Terms of the Act on Fair Labeling and Advertising and Understanding Example Cases,” Attorney Baek explained of the recent policy trends and of major example cases so as to provide a detailed explanation of the areas of labeling/advertising and electronic commerce.

– Attorney Baek stated that he hopes that the lecture would offer a change to the officers and employees of Public Home Shopping to better understand the policy trends in the areas of labeling/advertising and electronic commerce, and the major terms of the re-amended Acts and their related notifications so as to prepare for any risks that may occur in the future.
