Yousaf Amanat & Associates recently completed a huge research project for the World Bank Group.The work comprised of research on the applicable Labor and Safety Laws for Pakistan. Laws reviewed included the Factories Act, Standing Orders, Minimum Wage Law, Law on Workplace Harassment, Employment of Children, Data Protection, Mines Act, Shops and Establishments Act.
The work included advise on wage, working conditions, holidays, rights of women and children, safety laws and data protection laws.
Mr. Amanat is recognized as an expert for Labor and Safety Laws by the World Bank Group.
