Argus Partner has acted as the legal counsel to Phoenix Mills Limited in its successful bid to acquire 5.6 acres of mixed-use plot in the prime location in Alipore, Kolkata.
According to Telegraph India, the bid amount of approximately Rs. 400 Crores by Phoenix Mills Limited for a 5.6 acres plot, is one of the highest that the city of Kolkata has ever seen for a land parcel.
As the sole legal advisor, Argus Partners was involved in undertaking title diligence, assistance in pre-bid query and general legal advise from time to time.
